Walked the pool area and the rental unit. Mgmt has hired a Plumbing Company to review and assess the problem. The walls were dry to the touch, the carpet was wet in an area approximately 2 x3 next to electrical outlet. Unplugged tv in the area and had Property Mgmt turn off the electrical service to the bedroom. Advised Property Mgmt to have leak repaired and have an Electrician evaluate the electrical connections in the all where the leaking water is forming on the floor. Let property mgmt know I would follow up later today to verify what actions have been taken since my visit. |
