Property had a recent fire, possibly due to squatters. In response, the owner has now placed boards over all the openings. At this time, the boarded windows are accomplishing what the neigorhood wants; which is to clear and keep the homeless away from the property. Moving forward in the long term; the property shall not stay boarded over 180 days. No electricity is available at the property. Also, I will give the owner time to obtain all necessary permits for the rehab of this fire damaged property. The case will be closed for now |
