Bldg 12 water shut off due to a water leak in ceiling in unit #1206. Emergency Maintenance lack of response resulted in entire building 12 water being shut off until leak can be repaired. Several calls made to emergency maintenance line has resulted in no response. Notice issued on office front door. Giving them several hours to address to plumbing. Building has 16 units. |
