I went to the house and took the temp in the room that the tenant indicated was where it was regularly hottest. the temp was 80 degrees so I explained to the tenant that I could not proceed with the case given that temp. She was frutrated because "its cool out now and it is early in the morning so but itget really hot in here". I toldher I would comeback on Monday. |
