10/01/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Completed Same as the initialvisit. The temperature was 79 degrees. The tenant was frusted that I was not able to keep the case open until it was hot enough to reach the temp that would require further action on my part.
09/24/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Passed I went to the house and took the temp in the room that the tenant indicated was where it was regularly hottest. the temp was 80 degrees so I explained to the tenant that I could not proceed with the case given that temp. She was frutrated because "its cool out now and it is early in the morning so but itget really hot in here". I toldher I would comeback on Monday.
