House has a wrought iron/block wall. Gate closed. Property has 8 dogs on site. Front door wide open. Tv turned on. Called from the gate. Owner noticeably turned up the volume on the tv when I called for the owner. All dogs came out and greeted me though. Electrical services have been bypassed at disconnect box. Dead front removed. Several wires coming out of the box indicating added electrical circuits without permits. Front light located next to the door is an added electrical circuit added without permits. Refuse scattered around the front yard. Exterior storage visible from the front street, White junk motor vehicle parked on the west side of the property. Windows appear to be blocked by boards on the interior of the house. Contacted TEP, Water. Services disconnected in January 2026. Flue pipe for water heater is below the roof line. Completed shutdown paperwork. Called TPD, TEP, PAC. |
