Property has a severe insect infestation. While inside I witnessed hundreds of insects coming from the walls, floors, and ceilings. The smoke detectors do not work, the AC vents are falling off the wall and being held up by duck tape, and there is visible water damage in the kitchen ceiling. The tenant stated that when it rains the leak is so bad it floods her kitchen. there is overgrown vegetation throughout the front of the unit. |
