Fire to building. I arrived on-site and observed fire damage to the rear south west corner of the property. Damage affected the walls and possibly affected some electrical wires. TEP and SW Gas were notified and both utilities were terminated for safety. The owner was on-site and was made aware that he has to get a clearance from PDSD to have the ga and power restored to the property. I condemned the property from habitation until the repairs have been made and utilities are restored. |
