Damage affected the walls and possibly affected some electrical wires. TEP and SW Gas were notified and both utilities were terminated for safety. The owner was on-site and was made aware that he has to get a clearance from PDSD to have the ga and power restored to the property. I condemned the property from habitation until the repairs have been made and utilities are restored. |
