208 PM - The pile of trash at the rear of the building has been removed. All trash and debris has been removed from the dumpster area, including the homeless camp. Graffiti on the drive thru sign has been removed. The chain link fence at rear of building has not been repaired, and there is new graffiti on the structure. Did not previously receive a call from the property owner, so called the realtor listed on the for lease sign out front. Advised of need to resolve the two outstanding issues. -VM |

143 PM - Property is free of trash and debris. Dumpster area has a shopping cart but is otherwise free of accumulations of trash and debris. There is a newly installed temporary fence that surrounds the entire building. Drive-through sign has been re-painted and no graffiti remains on the sign or the building. Violations have been abated, will close case. -VM |
