09/27/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation 1242 PM - Found a small pile of trash at rear of the closed Eegee's building near the drive thru sign. Trash and debris, mattress, burned box spring and other items in the rear dumpster area. Signs of fires being burned in both locations. Chain link fence has been cut at the rear of the building. There is graffiti on the rear of the drive thru sign. Called and left message for property owner. Will send a notice of violation. -VM
01/05/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed 143 PM - Property is free of trash and debris. Dumpster area has a shopping cart but is otherwise free of accumulations of trash and debris. There is a newly installed temporary fence that surrounds the entire building. Drive-through sign has been re-painted and no graffiti remains on the sign or the building. Violations have been abated, will close case. -VM
