City contractors to demo and fence for emergency abatement, roof collapsed during fire, structural cracks in walls. SWGAS and TEP onsite, gas banded on the 10th due to previous fire, electrical has been removed by TEP previously as well. Posting Notice of Emergency Abatement and Order to Vacate and Notice of Violation for removal of structure debris after emergency abatement demo and permits required for asbestos clearance and demo of the remaining structures on property. Local manager onsite, gave him copies of both forms and posted onsite. Informed him owner is responsible for emergency abatement demo and fencing, manager acknowledged and did not dispute. |
