On site, I observed a stove ad cooking hood installed inside of the kitchen. There is not an approved permit for the hood system. I issued an NOV for the permitting of the hood. Owner submitted what he says he thought was the application for the permit,. However, he was not correct about that, so i informed him that he must resubmit for the permit. He acknowledged and agreed to finish the permit process. |
