There ahs been no change at the proeprty. I have not boarded it up because the owner and her daughter (who is my primary point of contact) are no longer living in the unit but are allowed to come back during the day to work on becoming compliant. I have put a sticker on the door disallowing anyone from staying overnight. The owner and her daughter are aware of these expectations. I have left them a voice mail at 9:40 on 9/8/26 allowing for 60 days to resolve remaining code violations on the exterior of the parcel, if unresolved I will hire contractors to complete the work. |
