On site, met with the property owner, who invited me to inspect the property. Observed a pond containing stagnant water, wasp nests in the palm trees in the front yard, and dead palm fronds within 10 feet of the ground. An inoperable Buick was also observed obstructing the public right-of-way. No homeless individuals were observed living in the sheds or the mini van in the front. Both sheds were full of storage items, with no indications that anyone was residing or staying in them. Sent a 30-day Notice of Violation to the property owner to abate the violations. |
