An inoperable Buick was also observed obstructing the public right-of-way. No homeless individuals were observed living in the sheds or the mini van in the front. Both sheds were full of storage items, with no indications that anyone was residing or staying in them. Sent a 30-day Notice of Violation to the property owner to abate the violations. |
