1114 am - Found there has been no major changes to the property. There is still trash and debris present. The white Toyota junk vehicle is still present. The structure is abandoned and is not secure at this time as there is a door wide open and a window open. Attempted reaching owner on the listed number and got recording that the called party is not accepting calls. While on site, two individuals walked up to property to access the property and informed them they are not allowed to be on the property. I did speak to a neighbor who states that they have observed many occasions of homeless people on the property coming and going into the abandoned and unsecured structure. -VM |

1104 am - Multiple attempts to reach owner over the phone and email have been unsuccessful. Property remains abandoned and unsecure and a threat to the community. Specifically a door on the east side of structure, two sliding doors on the west side of structure, and multiple windows. There are also multiple holes into the walls of the structure. Called City Contractor to the site and secured the structure. Property is still full of trash and debris. There is drug paraphernalia on the property. Posted a 30 day notice on the property for refuse and debris. -VM |
