Interior house has hazardous wiring throughout the entire house running through the halls on the floors and hanging off the walls. Occupants using camping propane stove for cooking. Bathroom smells of raw sewage. Dry wall on the wall and ceiling is warped and missing in various areas throughout the house. Back room appears to have roofing damage. Ceiling drywall has detached from the roofing structure, interior insulation is discolored and hanging from the ceiling along with the drywall. Concrete on the flooring is cracked and flooring is damaged throughout. The entire house has refuse scatted throughout the entire house. The house smells of rot and of sewage. Contacted TEP to disconnect electrical service. SWG to remove meter, Arcadia to secure the house. 4 Junk motor vehicles 1) White Toyota - vin#T1BR128420573778 2) Dark Grey VW 3VWDF71K45M601776 3)Royal blue Quad motorcycle 4)Dismantled car cut in half 5) Dark Green Hauler AZ lic #G-73562. HVAC system on the roof has been dismantled on the roof, tarps placed on windows and on the fencing. Refuse scatted throughout the entire property lot. Huge trenches dug in the back yard. House shut down, boarded up and posted. Owner listed on Pima County does not live in AZ in house. Found owner lives in TN. Will submit this to Supervision and request this property be considered for VANS. Appears this property has been had history with Code Enforcement and TPD.
