Occupant does have roaches. Property is currently treating rental for roaches. Occupants did not remove items from the cabinets for the treatment as requested. Another treatment is scheduled for next Friday 8/21/26. Rental has been treated 3 was in a row. Twice occupant has not prepped for the treatment. Occupant is also leaving refuse out by the door. |
