On site followup at 826 AM with COT Assistant Building Official, as well as Contractor and Architect for Owner. Permit TC-COM-0325-00552 and Development Package TD-DEV-0325-00073 are both in Issued status at this time. Discussed violations and needs for revised plans to address all violations. It was determined that no electrical work outside of minor work shall commence until revisions are made and approved; otherwise interior demolition work and other items not needing revisions may commence. Pool and hot tub both contain very murky water and trash and debris to include numerous tennis balls. Egress remains fully restored in the office near the Palo Verde Ballroom and the monument sign print previously replaced with Angry Crab Shack logo still requires a permit. -VM |

915 am - Followup on site. Verified Unit 172 is now vacant. Pool has been drained. There is a dead palm tree across from Unit 110. Unit 155 (previously being used as a bicycle storage unit) is now vacant. Entered Unit 155. Has electrical hazards including an outlet with exposed wires. Strong smell of urine present. Toilet is backed up and is full of feces. Unit 155 was red tagged for the aforementioned conditions. The breezeway across from Unit 136 that was previously called out to owner of property during walk through to be cleaned remains unsanitary and has not been cleaned, is now being swarmed by flies. Issue additional citation 0013408. |
