On site followup at 826 AM with COT Assistant Building Official, as well as Contractor and Architect for Owner. Permit TC-COM-0325-00552 and Development Package TD-DEV-0325-00073 are both in Issued status at this time. Discussed violations and needs for revised plans to address all violations. It was determined that no electrical work outside of minor work shall commence until revisions are made and approved; otherwise interior demolition work and other items not needing revisions may commence. Pool and hot tub both contain very murky water and trash and debris to include numerous tennis balls. Egress remains fully restored in the office near the Palo Verde Ballroom and the monument sign print previously replaced with Angry Crab Shack logo still requires a permit. -VM |
