Rental complex has chiller unit that was not working and recently fixed. Met with Property Mgr, Maintenance and Occupant. Occupant's AC was still not working after the chiller system was fixed. Property Mgr. contacted Maintenance to check ac unit in rental unit #518. Occupant currently has 3 portable units in rental. While walking back to the office renter at #615 mentioned the ac unit was not working. Will check back tomorrow. |
