On site at property with TPD. Property was broken into and TPD cleared the property of unwanted guests at the property. Trash and debris has been picked up and removed from the property at this time. Owner later appeared on site to re-secure property and even better secured chain-ink fencing. Owner stated the property is being sold soon. Property is a re-occurring nuisance property. Sent Vacant And Neglected Structure Notice of Violation. |
