A person (not the owner) was occupying the condemned house with two generators. TPD paper arrested this person on site. House has been condemned since 2022. There are no records of permits for this house to be re-occupied. There has been no active water for this house since 2021. Contacted TEP to see if the house has power and it did. Called TEP to cut power from the source. The gas meter appears to have been removed. Contacted City Contractor to board-up the house and guest house. The dwelling had a lot opened windows/doors and was not secured. Re - condemned the house. Securement. Will follow up, vacant house since 2022 case may be moved to VANS. | |

Trash and debris has been picked up and removed from the property at this time. Owner later appeared on site to re-secure property and even better secured chain-ink fencing. Owner stated the property is being sold soon. Property is a re-occurring nuisance property. Sent Vacant And Neglected Structure Notice of Violation. |
