10:44 am - Met w/ complainant on site. There is an approximately 10 foot landscape border (designated as such on DP22-0174) that is on the north side of Parcel 110036110 that abuts a 15' designated alley. Per complainant, water runoff from the parking lot enters the landscape border area and does not drain into the drainage to the west of the parcel, and then floods some yards on the north side of the alley. The area is free of any weeds, trash, debris or dead vegetation. Based upon this, will close this case and refer complaint about flooding to TDOT Stormwater Section. -VM |
