TFD- Commercial motel fire fire damaged rental units. #217 completely damaged and #216 small amount of damaged. Electrical turned off at disconnect box. Gas line tested. Pressure test passed. Gas line is not compromised. Shut down 216, 217, 218. 219 and 218 missing smoke detectors. Electrical panels upstairs and down stairs on bldg b work space area is blocked by storage. Gas water heater has storage around it as well as chemicals. Issued NOV's will fu on 8/14/23 ** Had 217, 216, 219 shut down. Requested for a Licensed Electrician to evaluate the electrical system for fire damage to electrical system. |
