Met with the tenant and the AC is not working and not on at this time. The tenant was told that the unit will be replaced on approx. 8-24-23. Did shoot the temperature in several areas and was getting 94 to 97 degrees. One bedroom has a portable cooling unit in the room and that was shooting at 87 degrees. The tenant does not have a place to go at this time and met with the manager and served a N.O.V. to Vacate. Did ask if she has called other companies and she was going to check on calling a different company to check if can get it sooner. The tenant was willing to try another unit in the living room and the manager was going to get the unit and take it to her. RV. |
