Met with the tenant and they received another cooling unit and was placed in the living room. Did check with the management and they call different contractors and not able to get to the site before the 8-24-23 with the other contractors. Did call the tenant back to let her know that they are not able to find a contractor that can do the work before the 8-24-23 date. The date was confirmed for 8-24-2023 to do the work. The tenant stated OK. RV. |
