AC mother board burned out. Property Manager / Maintenance ordered a board. Manager mentioned Maintenance previously replaced a burned out capacitor as well. I let the manager know we would be following up tomorrow. Asked Elizabeth to call us tomorrow if the AC doesn't get fixed so we can send out a Inspector. |
