Manager mentioned Maintenance previously replaced a burned out capacitor as well. I let the manager know we would be following up tomorrow. Asked Elizabeth to call us tomorrow if the AC doesn't get fixed so we can send out a Inspector.
08/07/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed Called occupant. Occupant states the AC is now working. Close case
