No water service at residence. TEP reports the electrical service was disconnected January 26TH 2026. Occupants diverted electrical services. TEP disconnected services at the pole. Property did not have water, no smoke detectors, 5 broken windows. Back door is missing the door knobs. Interior has refuse on the floor, back yard has bags of refuse piled up. Three back bed rooms are comply pile up with storage. Unable to enter rooms. Contacted Arcadia to secure the house. Screw doors shut and board up the windows that are broken. Completed Notice to vacate, permits required. A Licensed Electrician is required to obtain a permit and repair electrical. TEP will require that the entire electrical service is paid in full before turning the service back on. Water bill will need to be pain in full before services can be restored. Occupant went to live with parents. |
