Interior has refuse on the floor, back yard has bags of refuse piled up. Three back bed rooms are comply pile up with storage. Unable to enter rooms. Contacted Arcadia to secure the house. Screw doors shut and board up the windows that are broken. Completed Notice to vacate, permits required. A Licensed Electrician is required to obtain a permit and repair electrical. TEP will require that the entire electrical service is paid in full before turning the service back on. Water bill will need to be pain in full before services can be restored. Occupant went to live with parents. | |

WENT TO THE PROPERTY AND FOUND THE ENTIRE HOUSE WAS COMPLETELY BOARDED UP BY TPD THE NIGHT BEFORE. PIMA ANIMAL CONTROLL OFFICER STATES THE NEIGHBORS SAID THERE ARE CATS INSIDE THE UNIT. CONTACTED ARCADIA TO OPEN UP HOUSE AND ALSO TO PLACE A SMALL OPENING TO ALLOW ANY POSSIBLE CATS TO ESCAPE THE HOUSE. DID NOT SMELL ANY CAT URNIE DURING MY INITIAL VISIT NOR DID THE OCCUPANTS MENTION CATS. THE OCCUPANTS HAD 2 DOGS THAT WERE REMOVED. DID NOT SEE ANY CAT BOX INSIDE THE HOUSE. UPON RE-OPENING THE DOOR WE FOUND THE NEIGHBORS HAD PLACED A BOWL OF CAT FOOD AND WATER INSIDE THE HOUSE NEAR THE FRONT DOOR BEFORE THE HOUSE WAS COMPLETELY BOARDED UP BY TPD. RESIDENTS ALSO REPORTED THAT PEOPLE ARE DEFICATING INSIDE A BUCKET ON THE SIDE OF THE HOUSE. LOCATED THE BUCKET IN QUESTION. HOWEVER, THE FECES INSIDE THE BUCKET IS OLD AND DRIED.
