Met with Project Mgr on site walked the property and discussed the complaint. Saw some new electrical work added in some of the rooms wires dated: 12/3/25. Found a permit on file dated: 11/17/25 SP-NRP-1125-00435 FOR ELECTRICAL RECONNECT. CURRENTLY OWNER IS IN THE PROCESS OF GOING THROUGH THE DEVELOPMENT PACKAGE PROCESS FOR TURNING THE HOTEL INTO A MULTI-FAMILY PROPERTY WITH AN EMPHASIS TOWARD VETERAN HOUSING. TD-DEV-0925-00238 THIS IS NOT APPROVED. |
