CURRENTLY OWNER IS IN THE PROCESS OF GOING THROUGH THE DEVELOPMENT PACKAGE PROCESS FOR TURNING THE HOTEL INTO A MULTI-FAMILY PROPERTY WITH AN EMPHASIS TOWARD VETERAN HOUSING. TD-DEV-0925-00238 THIS IS NOT APPROVED.
