I went through each one of these units that was vacant and verified that all openings were locked and secured from unauthorized entry. Only one unit appeared to be occupied at the time of inspection. I did not observe any overgrown vegetation. I did observe some trash and debris in the rear of the property. I observed one individual on the property who stated he lived there in the one occupied unit. |
