07/30/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Completed I went through each one of these units that was vacant and verified that all openings were locked and secured from unauthorized entry. Only one unit appeared to be occupied at the time of inspection. I did not observe any overgrown vegetation. I did observe some trash and debris in the rear of the property. I observed one individual on the property who stated he lived there in the one occupied unit.
09/03/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed Did not observe a homeless camp at this property. Also did not observe any overgrown vegetation. I did observe a small amount of trash and debris in the rear. All the doors and windows appeared to be secure from entry. Still only one unit appears to be occupied at this time.
