07/03/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation 451 pm - Building number and unit range signs are all faded and sunburned, cannot locate buildings from parking lot. Contact with the tenant on site. Found there is an apparent roof leak that has caused a large portion of the ceiling in the second floor bedroom to collapse. The water has then penetrated the floor/wall and has entered the first floor, as there is water pooled on the floor of the living space and kitchen of the first floor. Unable to see into the attic space to determine the extent of damage, however it is possible additional portions of ceiling may collapse in the future. It is unknown if any electrical has been water damaged in the attic space of the second floor, or in the floor space between the first and second floor. Disconnected power at the main disconnect. Unit is condemned and a licensed contractor is required for repairs with an Issued Permit. Issued copy of the EAOV notice to resident and property manager on site. Tenant and Property Manager will secure unit. NOV to follow for address signage. -VM
