Electrical was turn off by TEP in April for non payment. There was a hoarding situation in the structure. Refuse and debris throughout the structure. The structure was boarded up by city contractor and fencing was put up around the front of the property.
07/27/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Inspector Morales requested to go to the site to take over the case due to he was leaving the site. Arrived and T.P.D. was on site doing the investigation of removing people from the house, P.A.C.C. was on site removing animals from the property. T.E.P. was on site removing the wires from the meter base panel and placing a blank cover with a lock. The service drop was live and the meter was lacking due to removed for not payment. Did call T.E.P. back due to want the wires cut at the pole due to has extension cords on the roof that are ready to be connected to the riser for power to the house. S.W.G. was called to remove the meter and was on at the time of the inspection. Was given permission to board up the property by the supervisor Laurie Pumphery and called Arcaiden Industries to the site to secure all openings. The owner was not on site and posted the N.O.V. to Vacate and Do Not Enter on the front door. Did call Biff Baker Fence to have the front porch fence off due to has items on the porch. 2-people came back to remove some bikes that they owned. Placed chains and locks on the front gates. The interior of the house has hoarding issues and no clear paths to doors and windows. RV.
