07/27/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Passed On site with TPD. 12 people were removed by TPD. PAC removed animals from the property. TEP removed the meter and cut power at the pole. Electrical was turn off by TEP in April for non payment. There was a hoarding situation in the structure. Refuse and debris throughout the structure. The structure was boarded up by city contractor and fencing was put up around the front of the property.
10/12/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed Permit TC-RES-0823-07693 was issued for reconnect of electricity. Close case.
