Met with the tenants and the AC is not on at this time due to not working properly. They were given a portable that was placed in the living room. Did serve the management a N.O.V. to Vacate. They are having trouble getting a contractor on site to do the work and the unit needs to be replaced. They are trying to get a date to have the unit replaced and did advise to call other company's to check if the work can be done sooner. RV. |
