Met with the tenant and the AC is not running. The tenant was told that the are waiting for coil cleaner. Did met with the management and they stated that they are working on the issued. The management is waiting for parts to come in in a few days and this unit is one that has an order to be delivered. Did asked if the filter has been checked if has been changed or if the filter is stuck in the ductwork. RV. |
