Met with the tenant and took the city lock of the drive gate and gave a key for the lock on the wood frame storage room. The owner has no insurance and will be working on getting the repairs done. The 2-wood frame storage room will need to be removed by demo and the other area cleaned up. The garage door can be replaced with new and no permit required. Will need reconnect permits for the gas and the electrical to be turned back on. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
