The had railing is not connected due to the sagging of the deck. The interior of the unit has dripping from the condensation of the handler in the hallway and wetting the floor. The exterior wall in the living room has signs of being wet from the roof when it rains and blistering the drywall from the moisture in the wall. They are showing the floor pitched to the center of the unit and that will have to be check of the building has movement. Will meet with the management on the issues. Will check tomorrow with the management. RV. ( will be closing pending obtaining all proper permit's ) |
