Witness states multiple concerns for the health of the defendant and the condition of the property, with particular concern from metal sheets placed against the wall that create banging noises, as well as the overall poor condition of the property. Defendant states he has made a lot of progress and does not operate a business from his home and that he is doing well. The Court finds that some progress has been made but charges A, B, C and D are in question. ORDER: Fines remain, PAYMENT PLAN: Pay $25 per month starting by February 15, 2025. 2) The City is hereby authorized to enter the property and abate any remaining violations AFTER FEBRUARY 15, 2025 IF ANY. Defendant shall pay the City for its costs of abatement, if any, within 90 days of billing or by agreed upon payment plan. If not pain in a timely manner, the City may place a lien on the property for its cost. 3) Case closed pending payment of remaining fines. 4) One year abatement order is in effect through December 9, 2025. |
