11/03/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation 1142 AM - Excessive storage along the west half of property is visible from the right of way along Country Club Road. It would appear the entire yard is covered in storage from edge of the house to the lot line. The other side of property, along Cardi Boulevard, is also covered in storage although the side is screened. Unable to see any damage to the roof or structure from either right of way as gates are closed. There is a new carport like structure constructed at north east portion of property with electrical and lights with no permits or site plan compliance. Will send a notice of violation. -VM
