Went to the site and the property has no maintenance on the property. Did place a ladder on the second floor landing to get on the roof. The manager was on site and an ATFE investigator to check for the cause of the fire. This unit is OK on the roof and the fire damage was to another unit behind this unit. Did check the interior and all is OK and the tenant will be able to remain to stay in the unit. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
