Did call the manager and she also has left the site. Did get a phone number to call for T.F.D. and had to leave a message with no return call. Did ask the manager where the fire was located and she gave Bldg. G unit #256. The tenants were removed from the unit and left the site. Was able to make arrangements to meet on site tomorrow at 10:00 AM to check the damage. The manager stated that pine needles on the roof caught fire from fireworks going on the roof. RV. | |

Did place a ladder on the second floor landing to get on the roof. The manager was on site and an ATFE investigator to check for the cause of the fire. This unit is OK on the roof and the fire damage was to another unit behind this unit. Did check the interior and all is OK and the tenant will be able to remain to stay in the unit. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
