On site at Property spoke to Management, when AC went out portable units were supply to tenants, tenant of unit 431 initially declined a portable AC unit, but has since received one. Management has meeting with TPD regarding evictions of homeless invited in by residence, balconies around the property all being repaired, Management is adding tenant apartment to pest control for tomorrow. Tenants are required to request has control and tenant has not Management will be sending all info regarding repairs of balconies, AC and pest control service. Will close case after I have all information from Management. |
