On site inspection. It appears that there’s a commercial business being run out of a residential home, zoned R1 or residential one in a neighborhood. There is also a chain link fence that has been installed around the perimeter of the front yard and side yard. This is a new accessory construction and will need a permit. There are also violations for outdoor storage in the front yard with two storage trailers and miscellaneous commercial equipment. Notice of violation sent in the mail. |
