It appears that there’s a commercial business being run out of a residential home, zoned R1 or residential one in a neighborhood. There is also a chain link fence that has been installed around the perimeter of the front yard and side yard. This is a new accessory construction and will need a permit. There are also violations for outdoor storage in the front yard with two storage trailers and miscellaneous commercial equipment. Notice of violation sent in the mail.
07/24/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed On site follow up inspection. The Violations for outdoor storage in the front yard have been abated. Another follows up inspection will take place the week of August 31 to September 4, 2026, to verify permits. The property has a permit that is in work, TC-RES-0726-04031.
