On site property inspection. There is storage in the front yard and in the carport, which is the violation of Tucson city code. There is also a newly constructed ornamental metal fence with a sliding driveway gate observed on the property. No permits or approved development (site) plans authorizing the construction were located during a records review of department records. The propery owner shall obtain the required permits and approvals or remove the unpermitted accessory structure (fence). Notice of violation in the mail. |
